Popcorn and 7 other dogs were seized by an animal control agency because they were being severely neglected and had been without food or water for several days. None of these dogs appeared to have been socialized with people and were extremely fearful until we gained their trust. The former owners didn't appear in Court so these dogs were facing euthanasia unless the SPCA accepted them. We couldn't turn our backs on these poor guys so we took them in and Popcorn is now available for adoption. Popcorn is still a little shy until he knows you but loves attention and loves to be held. Please give this guy a chance to win your heart and give him the home he should have had for his entire life. The adoption fee includes the spay/netuer surgery, rabies vaccination, and vaccinations will be current on the date of adoption.
