Merle was a stray that was abandoned and brought to the SPCA. This poor little guy was full of fleas to the point that the water ran blood red when we gave him a bath. He had several scabs which are now healing and his personality is blossoming. Merle LOVES attention and begs to be held. He is a happy guy waiting for someone to drop by the SPCA and fall in love with him. We estimate his date of birth as 2/13/14. The adoption fee includes the spay/netuer surgery, rabies vaccination, and vaccinations will be current on the date of adoption.
