This little guy was found as a stray and the person assumes he was dumped in their neighborhood. No one in the area recognized him and the person who found him works out of town for extended periods so they couldn't keep him once they returned to work after the holidays. Rowdy is a sweet little guy who would love to be your best buddy. The first day he arrived at the SPCA, he sat in our volunteers lap while they worked on the computer and just enjoyed the lap time. He is a playful little guy with a great personality. Rowdy was adopted by a family who absolutely loved him and said he was a wonderful dog but their life circumstances changed suddenly so they were no longer able to care for him. Poor little guy is back at the SPCA through no fault of his own. They said that Rowdy was housetrained and was doing well with leash training. Please give Rowdy the forever home he deserves. We estimated his date of birth as 10/4/xxxx. The adoption fee includes the spay/netuer surgery, rabies vaccination, and vaccinations will be current on the date of adoption.
